Nebraska State Championships! The Nebraska State Championships will be December 5th, 2009. This years Nebraska State Championship will be held at HobbyTown USA South Pointe.  Format will be Standard.  Prizes to the top 8 along with a special playmat exclusive to the Championship.  The Championships are not supported by Wizards of the Coast any longer but instead brought to you by the TO's.  As such the tournaments will be sanctioned but all prize support will be given out by the TO.  More information to come and be sure to go to the link below to have all the info we have now. Zendikar!            New Fetch Lands will be in Zendikar! The new fetch lands will be opposite color and will complete the cycle that premired in Onslaught.  They will also be a welcome addition to Extended which loses the original 5 fetch lands when they cycle out in October. Banned/Restricted List! The October 1st Banned and Restricted lists are out!  Legacy has three cards unbanned, Entomb, Metalworker, and Dream Halls. In part one Mike Flores explores the art of a good sideboard.  Understanding how a sideboard will help your deck is a critical part of deck design.  Sideboards far too often are defensive in nature and thus delute the over all effectivness of your deck when cards are replaced.  Remember if your deck is a well tuned engine, replacing even one card means it might not work the same.  Part 1.....  In Part 2 Mike Flores continues his Craft of Sideboarding with an article on a 'Wish' Sideboard.  The 5 'Wishes' from Judgment changed the way decks were designed.  Your sideboard is useful in the 1st game of a match, not just games 2 and 3.  Plus Vintage players can go look for that elusive restricted card in their sideboard or reuse a card removed from the game earlier in a match.  Part 2.....
