Creature Feature

To co-incide with the release of Lorwyn 1197 creatures have changed type!  Click here for more info.

146 creature types were eliminated so I assume no more creatures of those types will be printed in the future.  Most one of a kind's were changed.  Some with many cards, like ships were changed to a new creature type.  Good news for Legends as all have received a creature type now.  Many changed by adding another creature type to it's present one, like Knight to Human Knight, so the change affects little.  8 new creature types Anemone, Anteater, Elk, Harpy, Nautilus, Scarecrow, Squid, Thalakos were added.  In all magic now has 216 official creature types.  Click Here to read the new rules including the new rule on Changelings.

In Part 2 Mike Flores continues his Craft of Sideboarding with an article on a 'Wish' Sideboard.  The 5 'Wishes' from Judgment changed the way decks were designed.  Your sideboard is useful in the 1st game of a match, not just games 2 and 3.  Plus Vintage players can go look for that elusive restricted card in their sideboard or reuse a card removed from the game earlier in a match.  Part 2.....
