The 2017 Strat-o-matic season highlights.

There are no changes to the Rules this year except those official NFL rule changes we need to incorporate.

First all touchbacks on kickoffs will go to the 25 yard line.

Extra Points after a touchdown will be from the 15 yard line.  What this means is that a penalty will be enforced from teh 15 yard line and the subsequent Extra Point will be kicked as if a field goal attempt is made from that yard line.  Interestingly enough some of the kickers are actually better from the 15 on Field Goals than they were on Extra Points so that's not always bad news.

We welcome three new players this year who will be running Dallas, Jacksonville, and Baltimore.  So help them out if you can.  Long time coach Gary has decided to retire.  Rumors have it that Looney Lou has also retired although we were never quite sure he was all there to begin with so that may not be such a surprise.
